Colors are seeking stories
Colors are seeking stories
We all inhabit a narrative, willingly or not. Despite the prevailing notion that we must adhere strictly to our own story, within our own world, governed by our own rules, I sense, deep within, the existence of a greater truth. It’s a narrative not of our making, yet one in which we play a par t, leaving our imprint. My journey is dedicated to uncovering this narrative, both for myself and for others. I didn’t craft my life, my values, or the world around me; they existed before me, shaped by forces greater than myself. Unveiling what lies beyond and beneath me is akin to char ting the reality that surrounds us, often hidden in plain sight. Through this exploration, I’ve come to realize that within me resides something greater than the individual ‘I,’ alongside a darker aspect I’ve long avoided. The ‘I’ suddenly appears diminutive, caught between these opposing forces, a recurring theme throughout my existence.

He studied monumental painting and public art (BA) at the University of Arts, Tirana, and obtained a Master’s degree in Monumental Painting and teaching at the same institution. During his studies at UART, he becomes an active part of the dialogue group “AGORA,” founded by Egi Xherija in 2017, where he participates in and leads several discussions of interest to students of the Faculty of Fine Arts.
In 2018, through an Erasmus program, he undergoes training on graphic techniques in Ourense, Spain, and concludes this training with an exhibition titled “14” at the ESAD “Antonio Failde” premises, Ourense, Spain. After completing his master’s studies, he becomes part of the mosaic “Shqipëtarët” restoration group on the facade of the National Historical Museum, Tirana.
Together with Egi Xherija, he hosts a podcast oriented towards culture called “Tempulli i Onufrit.” However, a significant part of his creative activity extends to the field of music, which serves as a constant source of inspiration for his visual creations.
